Since January 2025, I’ve partnered with UpVisit to lead a full website redesign as they scaled their offering for B2B clients. The core challenge: replace a legacy WordPress site that no longer matched a fast-evolving product and vision. My aim was to create a more flexible, interactive, and scalable site on Webflow, something that would grow seamlessly alongside the brand.

Working closely with UpVisit’s marketing team, who provided SEO and content inputs, I developed a responsive design system that could adapt to a variety of content needs. This included setting up tailored page templates, adding dynamic interactions and animations, and ensuring every asset was optimized for performance and accessibility at launch.

A tight schedule driven by a major campaign required collaborative project management, strategic prioritization, and rapid execution. Through a clear roadmap and open, regular feedback loops, we successfully launched the new site on time.

The result is a user-friendly, scalable web presence that positions UpVisit for greater visibility and lead generation, supporting their brand as they continue to grow. This project reinforced the value of planning structure before design, especially for complex, multi-stakeholder digital builds, and proved that with the right approach, even tight deadlines can turn into real momentum.
