Tiny Doses

In 2022, I partnered with a wellness entrepreneur to refresh the Tiny Doses brand identity and design a guided journal that serves as a tool for self-reflection and personal growth. The challenge was integrating a distinctive psychedelic aesthetic in a way that remained accessible, functional, and grounded, balancing striking visuals with calm clarity.

My approach included redesigning the logo, developing two complementary colorways, and crafting thoughtful page layouts that harmonize vibrant cues with user-friendly structure. Managing color for print was a critical technical aspect; carefully selecting Pantone colors ensured that the final physical product matched the design intent precisely.

The journal launched to rapid sell-out success, marking a meaningful milestone.

This project reinforced for me how intentional design, even on a smaller scale, can create significant emotional and experiential value for users, supporting personal growth in subtle yet powerful ways.
